We bought a membership package during a repair by Jack Ryan. The following week we needed service and called hoping to use the guaranteed 24 hour response benefit. Since it was during a heat wave all the techs were busy and we had to wait two days. Both my wife and I decided that the membership was a scam and we’re going to cancel it and any future business with ASI. The same tech, Jack Ryan, showed up and after fixing everything sat down with us to go over the billing. I told him how misled we felt about the membership program. He immediately understood and told us there would be no charge. He even said he would provide new A/C filters at no charge. He totally understood us and didn’t waste any time trying to defend the company policies but rather made everything right. He just wanted to make sure we were happy. In an instant we went from total skepticism of the program and distrust of the company to happy and loyal ASI customers for life. What a difference one person can make at a company. Thank you Jack!

We’ve had some great folks from ASI come to our house over the years. But Jack Ryan is probably the best serviceman we’ve ever had. He took time to explain to us what’s going on with our AC units, serviced and fixed them best he could, double-checked every possible problem source, and gave us honest recommendations for future repair. He was professional, kind, and thorough. Truly, a five-star. We definitely trust and appreciate him. Thank you ASI!

My technician, Josh Kirby, was awesome! He was on time for the appointment, super knowledgeable, and very friendly! He took the time to explain everything to us and we are grateful for his help today! ASI in San Diego are the only people we trust for all of our heating, cooling, and plumbing needs at our house! This is a great company!

Mustafa was an amazing technician from ASI. He checked my entire AC system and gave clear, easy to understand explanations of why we are having issues. I appreciate his attention to detail and ability to schedule a follow-up visit for a quote on repairs.

We came home to a burst pipe in our garage with water staining our wall and running down onto the ground. We called other companies and none were willing to come until the next day. The ASI guys came within an hour and half, helped us shut off the water on our broken Jones valve, fixed the broken pipe and then setup an appointment with a drying service for us so we didn't have to go through that trouble. 10/10 service and an extra special shout to Thomas Megrditchian! Thomas was top notch with his service and communication. That man deserves a raise!!!

Guston did an excellent job on HVAC

Rueban was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job at my ASI heating maintenance in January. He made sure of attic connections and vents. He cleaned out accumulated debris from outside unit. He showed me pictures of dust accumulation in air handler and installed extra equipment to handle future dust. I have sinus issues so this is very important to me. Also Installed a piece of equipment in air handler so it will run more efficiently. I am pleased with Rueban and the ASI team.
