Blackheart has been apart of many projects we have done throughout my time at Omni La Costa. Dan and his team always deliver a fantastic product within the agreed upon timeline. They have built bridges for the golf courses, renovated structures such as employee break rooms and restrooms, installed an Army Corps of Engineers special permit to protect the integrity of the creek system that runs through our property. They communicate well throughout the project and are really good folks to work with. Highly recommend!

Dan does great work at a far price. He has done almost everything I have needed from simple work like installing gutters, to major interior remodels, to building outbuildings on my property. Highly recommend!

I've known Dan for years and have seen the work he has done and is the most versatile and innovative contractor I have ever met. Years ago, I needed a deck built for a client as well as some other serious repairs in the home. They were all done fast, well built, and cost friendly compared to other contractors I had bid the project.
