Dallas was great… A minor hiccup was resolved quickly and professionally.. I would recommend for both quality of parts and.service

Reply from the business · Oct 8, 2026

Hello Marie,
Thanks for the feed back. There's a possibility you could've paid less but it wouldn't have been for the same quality of parts we installed. Our high-cycle powder coated springs have a five year warranty and our nylon rollers have a lifetime warranty. When you go comparing quotes it's always important to confirm that they are from a licensed, bonded, and insured company. I left you a voicemail, feel free to give me a call and we can discuss. Thanks, Phil Bradbury

Logan was knowledgeable and truly went above and beyond to get the job down. One car in the garage was dead, so he helped me jump it! Clean, thorough, tested everything. A really nice guy too! Thank you Logan!

Heard a loud bang when closing my garage. Dallas from Bradbury Garage Doors was awesome. I honestly thought he was either the owner or co-owner by how he presented himself. He gave it to me straight with honest answers to my questions without any hype or theatrics. Reminded me of East Coast hospitality and mannerisms. Super professional guy. Thank you Dallas.

I could tell that Logan went through a layered troubleshooting process for a 4-6 error code (temporary blockage of sensors). I think he only had to power down the keypad to clear the error. He then lubricated all the bearings and explained the life expectancy of the spring. He was very courteous and explained all the potential issues I could experience.
Two thumbs up.
