Coast to Coast just finished remodeling two of our bathrooms and we had such a wonderful experience. Casey was so friendly and knowledgeable when he provided an estimate. Everything was broken done line by line so we could see exactly how much everything cost. After we got three different estimates we decided to go with Coast to Coast and were assigned to work with David. David managed the project and he was super friendly and always quick to respond. He helped refer us to places to find the right products and designs. Any time we had an additional request he made sure to make it happen right away and was transparent about the timeline. Coast to Coast worked around our schedule, was cognizant of our budget, and was attentive to our needs. We ended up with two gorgeous looking bathrooms and are very happy with the result. We will be using Coast to Coast for any home projects we have in the future. If you are looking for a communicative, honest, reliable company for your restoration or remodeling needs I'd highly recommend them.

Our bathroom remodel with Coast to Coast Restoration was a mixed experience. This review is nearly eight months after completion of the project.
Our frustration was we expected the project manager to provide more proactive quality control, but we frequently found ourselves catching issues and having to stay on top of the work because we weren't confident with the crew. There were too many avoidable ‘redos’- work that had to be done twice because it wasn’t done correctly the first time.
Examples: an exterior electrical outlet was drilled through the bedroom wall even though the contracted outlet was to be inside the bathroom; bedroom walls were not properly prepped and had to be addressed twice; inadequate wall preparation in the bathroom resulted in pinholes and imperfections throughout the bathroom walls and ceilings; shower waterproofing/finish work was poorly completed; and our new vanity was measured incorrectly, requiring the drawers to be cut so they would close around the plumbing. We also caught missing insulation in the shower wall adjoining the exterior. Newly staged shower-floor tile was not protected during ceiling work, resulting in paint and construction materials getting onto the new tile. Ductwork was also damaged due to lack of attention. The crew initially replaced a much flimsier replacement- connecting flimsy flexible duct to firm rigid duct creates poor airflow, traps dirt, and violates building codes. Photos are attached documenting several of these issues- PHOTOS ATTACHED.
We had concerns about a $5,600 change order for an 87-square-foot ceiling. We were told the existing framing could not be salvaged, so we approved the additional work. Once complete, we observed that the solution involved adding two new 2 x 4s, sistering four existing joists, adding support, new insulation, and drywall; they did not have to take out all of the existing joints. After completion, we requested an itemized breakdown for our records. David C., the sales estimator, told us that because we had signed and agreed to the amount, he would not provide a breakdown. We understand that we approved the total, but felt an itemized explanation was a reasonable request.
C2C is a very responsive company. The project manager became much more responsive after we raised our concerns, with increased site visits and better communication. C2C has also been extremely responsive when we have brought up repairs or questions after completion, and they have returned to address issues, which we appreciate.
Ultimately, the bathroom looks great, but the process required considerably more oversight than we expected. We did not use C2C for any of the design work. If considering C2C, I would recommend documenting everything carefully, confirming measurements and specifications, and getting detailed written documentation for any change orders before approving them. We also recommend taking your time and getting a permit for the job.

Coast 2 Coast Restoration was fantastic from start to finish. I worked with David (estimator), David (Project Manager), and Liam (contractor), and all three were professional, responsive, and great to work with. They did excellent work, stayed on top of every detail, and were always quick to answer questions and provide updates. I had a good feeling about them from the very beginning, and they exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Coast 2 Coast Restoration!

I recently completed a major renovation of my kitchen, master bathroom, and powder room following a water damage claim, and I couldn’t be happier that I chose Coast to Coast.
I’m the type of person who is very specific about what I want and I did my homework. I got four different bids for this project, and C2C was the clear winner. Their quote was completely itemized—which I appreciated—and ended up being well under every other retail bid I received.
Two people really made the difference: Mary and Bolo.
Mary is a literal pro when it comes to the insurance side of things. She worked tirelessly on the supplements to ensure we maximized our RCV payout from Amica. She caught things the adjuster missed and helped us get the settlement we actually needed to do the job right.
Bolo, the project manager, was extremely responsive and reasonable throughout the entire build. Whenever a technical issue came up—even complex stuff like electrical circuit stability or specific plumbing heights—he was there to talk it through and get it handled.
One thing I will say for people considering them: you need to be the kind of homeowner who has the capacity to stay on top of the work. If you know exactly what you want and you’re willing to stay involved in the day-to-day details, C2C is an incredible solution. It’s a partnership, and because I stayed engaged, we were able to hit a level of quality that usually costs twice as much.
The house looks amazing (see the photos of the Blue Thunder Quartzite and the Jade tile!). They were fair, they were fast, and most importantly, they were responsive. Highly recommend if you want high-end results without the "luxury markup" of other firms.

We had a wonderful experience with Coast to Coast during our home restoration. From start to finish, the entire process felt organized, professional and well-managed.
A special thank you to our project manager, Ryan Shader, who was exceptional. He was on-site almost every day, incredibly attentive, and always took the time to listen to our questions and concerns. His communication was clear and consistent, which made a big difference throughout the project. We really appreciated his patience and the care he took to make sure every detail was handled properly. Also, a shout out to David Coleman who handled ongoing communication with our insurance company.
What stood out most was their commitment to customer satisfaction. C2C truly stood behind their work to make sure everything met our expectations. The project stayed on schedule and the end result turned out beautifully.
We would absolutely recommend C2C to anyone looking for a reliable and professional contracting team.

Happy to have found a company that could understand what I was asking for, execute on delivering it, respond to followup requests of changes or minor corrections, and not cost an arm and a leg at the same time! From the front office staff, to Daniel's estimate, to Luis' project management and handling of my numerous change orders, to all the crew that did great work (Erik, Gilberto, Geraldo, and the rest, of the main crew, + electrician) I really appreciated the time they took to get our project ship shape! (Install of replacement tiles, rebuild of kitchen cabinet boxes, specialty cabinet & dry wall requests, attic ladder installation, & GCFI wiring corrections for kitchen appliances.) Will contact them again for other projects as we have need.

We are new to the San Diego area and were intimidated about the prospect of finding a reputable contractor to complete our three bathroom renovations. I am so happy we found and decided to work with Coast to Coast. Our estimator, David, and project manager, Bolo, were nothing but professional throughout the entire process. Bolo and his team were communicative and patient with us while we asked questions during the decision-making process. We are thrilled with how each of the three bathrooms turned out, and feel like everyone on the team did a great job. We get so many compliments on our new bathrooms! We will definitely work with Coast to Coast again and recommend hiring them for your project.

We went with Coast to Coast for our bathroom remodel after an unsuspected leak. The C2C mitigation team took action immediately and ensured no further damage occured. We then continued working with the C2C team for our remodel, which was led by Raul as project manager. Raul and his team worked with us every step of the way and they were always responsive to our needs. We are happy with how our bathroom turned out and we would work with Coast to Coast again in the future.

I've had the opportunity to spend some time with all the folks at Coast to Coast and they are one of the most professional, caring, and customer centric organizations. They are your ONLY call for when you have an emergency and need to rebuild your home. Kitchens, Bathrooms, Custom anything and Commercial. They are THE company to get it done fast!

Our guest bathroom sink angle stop failed on the second floor of our townhome and caused a leak all the way down through the ceiling of our garage. This was our first experience as homeowners with water damage- and the team at Coast to Coast managed to bring comfort and confidence to an otherwise scary and intimidating event.
We used Coast to Coast for both the mitigation side (drying and resolving the water damage itself) and the restoration side (repairing the damage done from the mitigation). Everyone from Matt Luecht and his mitigation team, to David Coleman (estimator), David Dillon (restoration project manager), and Eddie and Flavio (restoration contractors) were wonderful to work with. They were all friendly, professional, and on point. We were kept informed every step of the way, and everything was executed as agreed upon. In the end, our house was left better than they found it!
God forbid we have another water damage incident, but if we do, we know exactly who we will call. Highly recommend!
