Pivotal Roofing did an excellent job of renewing and repairing our roof of 35 years. Workers were on time every morning, good attitudes all, hard working guys that were experts at roof renewal. We are very satisfied with the work done, and would reccommend them to anyone looking for professional work at a reasonable price.

Was awesome working with Pierr. I’ve worked with a lot of companies in the past and the biggest issue is the lack of professionalism and communication. Pierr was the opposite of that. We knew exactly when everything was happening and answered the phone every time I called. Would HIGHLY recommend.
I couldn’t be happier with the exceptional job Pivotal Roofing did repairing and replacing my roof.
The quality of their workmanship really stood out. They took the time to make sure everything was done properly, kept me informed throughout the process, and left the property clean when the job was finished. It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers.
I highly recommend Pivotal Roofing to anyone looking for a roofing company they can trust. They did an outstanding job, and I’m extremely happy with the finished roof!

Christine, thank you so much for taking the time to write such a thoughtful review! You were truly a pleasure to work with, and we really appreciated how kind and welcoming you were throughout the entire project. My guys especially wanted me to tell you how grateful they were for the care you showed them and all the refreshments you provided, it definitely didn’t go unnoticed!
It makes me so happy to hear that you’re pleased with your new roof. We really enjoyed working with you, and I’m grateful you trusted us with your home. Thank you again, Christine!
Pivital Roofing did a good job replacing my roof. Pierr explained to me the benefit of tile relay vs asphalt shingle roof. all his employees were very patient and professional and respond to all my questions during the process. I am very satisfied with the result. I plan to check again during the rain season.

Thanks Kent! You were a great customer to work with, and I really appreciated all the questions you asked and how involved you were in making sure we were always on the same page throughout the project. I’m glad I could help walk you through the different options and make sure you felt comfortable with the direction we took. We’re very confident in the materials we used and the work our crew put into your roof, and you can feel good knowing it was done right from the start.
Great roofing company. They only use highly skilled and experienced roofers. The company is hands-on and focus on quality craftsmanship. If you want attention to detail they are your roofing company.

I am very grateful for the work Pivotal Roofing did to shore up a roof leak. They came out the same day we identified the problem, then made arrangements to get the work done before the next rain came in. I highly recommend them.

We had a wonderful experience with Pivotal from start to finish. They came out to give an estimate quickly and their pricing was the best of the 4 quotes I got. They were thorough, communicated clearly, and got back to me right away when I called or emailed with questions. They did an amazing job replacing the whole roof and they kept the area surrounding the house clean and safe throughout the process. I highly recommend Pivotal!

And thank you again for the private feedback you shared with me as well. I truly appreciate your honesty. We’ll be using that feedback to improve how we finish and communicate the completion of our projects.

As a local, family-owned company, reviews like yours mean a great deal to us and help other homeowners feel confident in choosing a roofing contractor they can trust. It was a pleasure working with you, Anne, and we sincerely appreciate your business.
We were redoing the exterior of our home and needed paths on the roof so workers did not break the shingles. Pivotal came on time and did the work in one day. Then came back weeks later and put the shingles back in place. Excellent work!
