Richard General Contracting

I recently had the pleasure of working with Mr. Richard on a custum gazebo at my home, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results. From the very beginning, he demonstrated professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic that truly set him apart.

Mr. Richard was punctual, respectful, and kept the worksite clean and organized throughout the entire process. He communicated clearly, listened to my ideas, and ensured that every aspect of the project was completed to a high standard.

The finished results where perfect! and I’ve already received compliments from friends and neighbors on how great everything looks. If you’re looking for someone reliable, skilled, and easy to work with, I highly recommend Mr. Richard for any construction or renovation job.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Mr. Richard on this great looking project in Rancho Bernardo. He built a new pergola and patio roof that needed lighting and outlets, also some solar. I am an electrician and Mr. Richard made the job as easy as possible for me. The job side was always ran professionally and kept clean. I noticed he had great communication with the customers which also made the job move smoothly. When you walk into the project it makes you say “WOW” because of how impressive the structures are and how perfectly they enhance the backyard. Mr. Richard is fast and efficient and is always willing to lend a hand with my work as well. Overall it was a great experience and I look forward to working on another project with Richard General Contracting

I have done several jobs with Luke Richard and his crew. They are good trustworthy people.
