My wife called them because we had a leaking toilet valve downstairs that needed to be fixed. It was during the weekend, so I expected it to be a little bit pricey. They charged us They charged us. $537 to replace one valve and add a new line. That seems a bit pricey. I should have got somebody else.

Juan Montes Talamontes provided services in our main drain today. Our toilets overflowed, our showers were overflowing and our sinks. Juan was so professional and really worked hard to clear our drains. He’s amazing and thank you Juan and Roto rooter.

Wow! They wanted $375 minimum to clear a slow running kitchen sink. Never even came in to look are it. If you don’t agree they will charge you $35 for the dispatch. They don’t need to charge “weekend rates” when they are already charging this much! Thanks for wasting my time.

We called Roto-rooter to come service our hot water heater. We smelled gas and the pilot wasnt working. The technician came out. Looked at it for about 30 seconds. Said "Yeah im not touching that," they wouldnt do it and laughed at us. $79 to be laughed at.
