I have been doing building projects for over 20 years, and I have never come across the level of professionalism, fair pricing, and stellar leadership that Jerry Teague brings to every job. His crew has been with him for decades—which speaks volumes—and the way they harmonize on the job is something you truly have to witness to believe. They work with incredible speed, precision, and cleanliness, almost like a symphony, with each step flowing seamlessly into the next. Not to mention, they built my 1000 sqft 2b, 2b in less than a month!
What really stands out is that they don’t just frame and move on—they think beyond their trade. They consistently set up the best possible conditions for plumbers, electricians, and every other trade that follows, saving time, money, and headaches down the line. That level of foresight is rare, and it makes every project smoother, more peaceful and more efficient.
Jerry isn’t just a framer—he’s a seasoned general contractor. That means with him, you’re always getting more than you pay for. He brings decades of experience, operates with ethics at the core of his business, and shows a genuine care for both his employees and his clients. That’s why his team is so loyal, and why some of the biggest contractors in San Diego call on Jerry for consultation.
For me, it’s simple: I will only use Jerry Teague and his team for all my future work. They are the best in the business—hands down. Building projects can often bring stress that strains families and budgets, but with Jerry, the process has not only been smooth, with inspections passing at every turn, but it has also been really fun!
Excellent company!
