It was easy to work with Rigo and Angie. The install crew was respectful and hard working. They use class A fire rated underlayment. When issues arose we talked through it and came up with a plan to resolve them. I would recommend Roof Masters to anyone considering roofing work.

Mark, thank you for the review. Glad Rigo and Angie made the process easy to work with, and that the crew handled things professionally with class A fire rated underlayment on the job. Good to hear that when something came up, the team talked it through with you and sorted out a plan rather than leaving it hanging. Thanks for recommending The Roof Masters.

Assessment of old roof was thorough and well explained. Estimate for new roof was reasonable and not pressured. Other companies regarded the solar panel removal and reinstallation as my problem to coordinate and pay for, while Roof Masters would take care of it with qualified crew members, included in their estimate.

Crew was courteous and professional. Completed job showed excellent finish and attention to detail.

Stephen, thank you for the detailed review. Glad the assessment and estimate felt thorough without any pressure, and that handling the solar removal and reinstallation as part of the job, rather than pushing that cost back on you, made a real difference. Sounds like the crew's attention to detail carried through to the finish too. Thanks for trusting The Roof Masters with your project.

We really appreciated the service and communication from Roof Masters throughout our project. Gilbert came out to look at our house and provide a proposal before the work started, and we appreciated his time and attention to detail. We shopped a few different vendors and his was the most competitive with the best reviews.

The crew did a great job and cleaned up the mess every day, which made a big difference while the work was underway. We also had them install a skylight which turned out great! They also came back to finish a few remaining details, and we really appreciated that follow through. They were really kind and did all the work, including removing solar and reinstalling it, in only 5 days.

We would absolutely use Roof Masters again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a roofing company that communicates well and takes care of its customers!

Kelli, thank you for such a thorough review. Glad Gilbert's proposal and attention to detail stood out compared to the other vendors you looked at, and that competitive pricing came with solid reviews behind it too. Sounds like the crew kept things clean throughout, and it's great to hear the skylight turned out well and they came back to wrap up the last few details without you having to chase anyone down. Getting the solar removed and reinstalled along with everything else in just 5 days is no small thing. Thanks for recommending The Roof Masters.

I just had the Roof Masters replace my roof on my home in Carlsbad, and I can't recommend them enough. Their crew is extremely efficient, they're polite and took care of the house and the job site to keep it clean every day. They did a great job overall.
I really appreciate the very prompt and concise communication from their team, as well as the desire to get it absolutely right and make sure we were happy. We really appreciate all the effort. Thank you very much.

Complete roof replacement. Best price, executed the job exactly as promised. No upselling. Bill was a gentleman that clearly exemplified his experience and expertise. The crew was terrific too. When I comes to new roof, everyone else is a waste of time and expense.
