They did a great job installing our new water heater! They were very efficient and they took lots of pictures afterwards to hopefully suffice for inspection.

We had a great experience with Water Heaters Only. Justin replaced our water heater and made sure everything was brought up to code and done right. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and just a super cool dude to work with.
The company was also incredibly responsive. When we contacted them, they were able to get someone out to our house very quickly, which we really appreciated.
The entire experience from start to finish was smooth and professional. We’ll definitely use Water Heaters Only again when the time comes and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing a water heater replaced or serviced.

Leaky water heater. I called and Damien showed up in a couple hours with a replacement in his truck. Four hours later everything was back to normal. New water heater installed and working.

From the first intake phone call this company was a standout in friendly, efficient, professionalism, and offered an appointment quickly.
Meeting their technician Justin Gonzalez was an unexpected pleasure. He was very knowledgeable, expert, and took the time to explain things to me, and come up with solutions for my very limited challenging space. Reassuring me he could make it work. By the time he provided me with the quote; I was SOLD! because he is the only one I trusted, and wanted to work with ! I did not continue to get any further quotes.
Justin followed through on communicating about arrival time , water outage times, etc today and did a fabulous job ! He’s an amazing professional this company is fortunate to have, as are his customers.
