Thank you, Elizabeth! We're so glad to hear you were happy with the service. Our team always strives to be upfront, efficient, and transparent with pricing, so it's great to know that came through. It was a pleasure servicing your home in Solana Beach and hydrojetting through the accessible clean outs and vents. Don’t hesitate to reach out if you ever need us again!
Excellent work by Nate who arrived in a timely manner and used his time wisely fixing some old piping and taking care of the leaky faucet we requested be replaced. I would highly recommend Colepeppers to anyone who needs plumbing work done. Beautiful job done!

Hi Cindee! Thank you for the wonderful review! We’re so glad we were able to provide prompt and courteous service during your tankless water heater flush and home plumbing inspection. We truly appreciate the recommendation and are proud to serve our San Diego community with care and professionalism.
I was very happy with the service we got today. Professional but friendly and communicative, Colepepper Plumbing (and Mitch specifically) was fast and efficient. We got our hot water tank flushed but he also pointed out issues that could become problems in the future. Very helpful!

Thank you so much for the kind words Leigh! We're thrilled to hear that we were able to provide timely, professional, and knowledgeable service during your appointment in Oceanside. It was a pleasure offering helpful suggestions and taking care of the water heater flush efficiently. We truly appreciate your support and are always here if you need anything in the future.
Nate and Ian arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and was able to fix, which was a relief. However, the next day the guys came back and provided "options" with pricing for different products and services we might want to add and fix. The options and pricing presented were on a lined notepad with no details provided and no copy for me to keep. I ended up taking a photo of the page. Overall, the optional work was way above other quotes I received and the approach for some of the work was not recommended by other plumbers I contacted. Overall, nice guys, but I felt they were more interested in selling non-proven products than servicing the customer.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience Jim. We’re glad to hear that we arrived on time and were able to resolve your initial issue. That's always our top priority. That said, we truly appreciate your honest feedback regarding the way additional options and pricing were presented. Your concerns are valid, and we apologize if it came across as anything less than transparent.
We’re always working to improve how we communicate with our customers and will use your feedback to ensure we're offering clear, detailed, and documented estimates moving forward. Again, thank you very much for the feedback!
