I expected a straightforward repair, and the plumber clearly explained each step while fixing my sump pump. It was reassuring to see someone knowledgeable in action, confirming what I had researched beforehand.

Very professional plumber and great customer service. The technician arrived on time and handled the repair carefully. The whole process was smooth and stress-free.👍
First Plumber Carlsbad CA delivers practical plumbing solutions with professional workmanship and dependable service
I was initially concerned because the last plumber we used took a while to diagnose the issue, but this time they identified and repaired a valve malfunction in under an hour. However, they did leave a minor leak at the joint that required them to return the next day for a quick fix.
The plumber arrived on time and after an initial assessment, he spent about an hour clearing a stubborn blockage in the sewer line. He also explained that tree roots had caused the issue, which will need ongoing maintenance to prevent future clogs.
Very reliable plumber and quality workmanship
I called First Plumber Carlsbad CA for a water heater issue, and they responded the same day. The plumber was friendly, knowledgeable, and completed the repair perfectly. I would definitely use them again.
Amazing service 💯♥️
Friendly technicians, fair pricing, and quality plumbing repairs made my experience with First Plumber Carlsbad CA outstanding👈
Our initial plumber suggested extensive work for a suspected sewer line issue, potentially involving yard excavation. Seeking a second opinion, this plumber pinpointed the problem to a minor blockage and resolved it within an hour using a specialized auger.
Fixed the water heater promptly.
