Peter is a good guy. I eventually didn’t need to get any work done on the foundation, but he was very honest and told me everything with full transparency about the work he does, the follow up on it, and just general advice about foundation work. I would gladly in the future give him my business if I ever need foundation work. Seems to have many decades of experience too from what I can tell when I talked to him several times over the phone.

I set up an appointment with Peter to have my foundation checked and to get an estimate for retrofitting. He was very helpfull and checked out my foundation and said it was in ok shape and that the retro fitting had already been done. He did not charge me for the visit and was very helpfull. I would definetly recommend him and would use him again if needed.

I had a great experience with Foundations On The Level. Peter took the time to fully explain the issue with my foundation. He was always willing to answer any of my questions. Peter took care of everything, including setting up the engineer and getting the necessary permits with the city. I know my foundation issue was not a big job, but Peter was always communicating and making sure I was comfortable with the process. The project started and ended on time, which to me was important. Foundations On The Level is a terrific and unique contractor. They are professional, communicative, and are not looking to take advantage of you.

Peter was extremely responsive and performed the work I requested, Polyurethane foam injection under my slab, earlier than I thought he would be able to get to it. The work was done for the price he quoted. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. The team that Peter had on site with him were all very knowledgeable, nice, respectful and professional.
They even said good things about Peter when he wasn't around. In speaking with other professionals in the industry whom I had contacted, they also had very good things to say about Peter after I told them I was using his service. I have already recommended him to my neighbor and will continue to recommend him. I hope never to have to, but would would hire Foundations on the Level again should I need the services they offer.

Peter and his team were excellent from start to finish. Foundations on the Level had the most competitive bid and it came with no hard selling and no hidden charges for supporting and lifting our foundation. Peter was more than happy to recommend other businesses if we didn't go with his quote. Peter was always available to discuss the job and answered all our questions. The whole team were professional and hard working throughout the job. I have never worked with a business that made so much effort to clean up after the job, the team went above and beyond.

Would highly recommend Peter and his Team to all friends and neighbors. Had Foundations on The Level evaluate a cold joint prior to installing new flooring over it. Great communication and was able to complete work quickly. On site team was professional and courteous. A+ experience!
