JC Baldwin built a seawall for our home on the central coast. They could not put materials on the street, which would have cramped most builders' styles. Not Baldwin. They cleaned up the construction site daily. The workers were clean, polite, and efficient. The supervisor provided minimal direction since the team had years of experience working together. No cost overruns, timely, clean, and efficient. YouTube perfect. Highly recommended.

Our residential project is on the hillside of La Jolla's Mount Soledad. The hillside steepness and soft soil caused a slippage during the rainy season and could not be fixed by planting alone. We wanted a "non-retaining wall" solution and by working with a local Geotechnical Engineer to prepare a project plan we ultimately hired JC Baldwin Construction, Co to do the work. The level of experience and professionalism demonstrated by JC Baldwin was very impressive. They worked closely with my Geotech Engineer to execute his proposal exactly as desired. I also had a onsite highly experienced foreman (Greg) and a in office contact (Danny) to handle off site needs. In addition, the President of the Company (Paul) came onsite and walked the property and project ahead of time to make sure everyone was on the same page. Finally, the project was completed as specified, on time and without pain. JC Baldwin is not the lowest price, but they get the job done and done well, even for small residential projects. I highly recommend them.
