Martin has done a significant amount of work for our HOA, and it has always been top notch quality! He has rebuilt our common area decks, including framing and new surface materials. He has repaired metal railings, and used high quality paints and materials that stand up to the ocean. He is always on time and budget. Would highly recommend for construction projects!!!

Martin did an outstanding job resurfacing our old, leaking balcony. After not having success with other contractors, Martin was able to completely resurface and paint our entire balcony to be completely waterproof. I would recommend Martin for any home improvement project.

In 2020 Martin Mansson remodeled my Master Bath. He enlarged the shower, using large tiles and glass, with a marble topped bench. The vanity also had the matching marble top. Martin put in new flooring and a pocket door! He was always keeping me up to date on the expenses and timeline. Punctual, detail oriented and always cleaned up after each day of work. I have recommended him to family and friends and will continue to do so. After two years, I still love my remodeled bathroom!!
