MasterCraft Plumbers

The 3 guys we had coming to our place were absolutely amazing. Spot on. No extra charge for emergency weekend work, no hidden fees. Extremely knowledgeable guys, respectful, friendly and interesting persons. Chase, the perfect sales guy, honest and sincere, Will excellent plumber, great work, nice conversations, respectful. Jonathan, amazing guy, honest, friendly, knowledgeable, still studying to progress in life. Highly recommended company with fast responses and no nonsense but just the perfect plumbing company, even their dispatcher, fast, no waiting time on the phone, we were totally luckily surprised to have found this MasterCraft Plumbers.

I highly recommend Mastercraft. I just had them replace all the toilets in my house. Not only did they replace them at a lower cost than other places quoted me, they also saved me several hundred dollars on the toilets themselves. On top of this, they did a great job on the installation.

Update: I am updating my review because I've now used Mastercraft two additional times since my last review. I have confirmed them to be just as exceptional as the first time I hired them. Since my initial review, they replaced two pressure relief valves and installed a Moen Flo device. I couldn't be happier with their service. Patrick, Manny, and Jacob were all awesome! Excellent customer service! Thank you again, Mastercraft!

Chase came quickly after calling for help with water heater, he was professional, knowledgeable, super helpful when making decisions on what to do next, great communication, and was exactly the service I'd hope for in a great company.

Chase and Ricardo were excellent and worked really hard to achieve the beautiful look of our bathroom vanity. They did their best to make it as least intrusive as possible to our walls and floors. I would recommend them to my friends and family with great confidence. Thank you, Chase and Ricardo.
