I had both Robert Larussa for A/C and Jevon Escalante for electrical come help fix an issue I was having with our A/C unit. They were both knowledgeable and very helpful! I was so appreciative that I was able to get both out on the same day to fix the problem and allow us to have cool air again.

Electrician Nick Whitsell was called out to our house where he assessed not only our 50 amp power outlet but also did a full health assessment on our main and sub panels. During the assessment he gave an education of the system itself and even did some troubleshooting that another company missed. We appreciate his professionalism, care and attention to detail. Joe Annello was our tech. He was friendly and knowledgeable and recommended certain products for our next maintenance and what to have on hand (filters) for our AC/furnace system. He was able to dig nose the issue easily and asked a lot of questions about what occurred beforehand. We pay a monthly service to Mauzy, so the visit was free.

Terrible service and commutation. They committed to a service time and did a no show with no communication. I followed up over ten times and didn’t not receive a follow up call from a human. If I could give this 0 stars I would.
