What really stood out to us was how they listened to our specific concerns with true care and understanding. Our situation was somewhat unique - we live in a single-story home built on a concrete slab (not all that unique) but unlike most in the area, we've been dealing with moisture issues permeating through the slab causing signs on discoloration and the presence of efflorescence. Mike, the owner of the company, went above and beyond to help alleviate our headache. It never felt like just another job to them; you could tell they genuinely wanted to help us get the best results. The floors turned out absolutely beautiful—the finish is fantastic. It's been a few weeks and Mike just called to check-in to see how we're doing and that we're completely satisfied. It’s clear that Mike truly cares about both his clients and his employees.
