Sebastian Velasquez came for my quarterly service last Tuesday 8/11/26 and did a fantastic job! Sebastian was very thorough in spraying for ants and followed my instructions perfectly. He did a great job completing the other quarterly tasks—refilling rodent baits, granulating, & spider de-webbing. I can always count on Sebastian to do an AMAZING job—he listens & responds, has a good attitude, and wants to help. Thank you, Sebastian! I’m so lucky to have you as my technician!

A big thank you also to Tiana, office scheduler, for helping me secure an early morning time!

Thrasher is the best! Our service is done by Eddie, who is always thorough , Communicative, and very responsive if we think there are any other spider, nests, etc., that were hidden and may have been missed! Thrasher offers a very affordable And quality service compared to some of the other big names, Will always be recommending them to friends!

Mark is always so professional and personable! Even says hi when we are walking our dog and he sees us around town! We couldn’t ask for a nicer person to take care of our home for us. Thanks, Mark!
