Thank you for reaching out! We take transparency seriously and have multiple steps in place to ensure our customers are well-informed about our service agreements. We never charge any sort of penalty or cancellation fee when circumstances arise on our customer's end. We simply request that the discount applied to your initial service be reimbursed if you are unable to honor the agreement. Despite the multiple steps White Knight has in place during the sign-up process to ensure customers are well-informed, not all read the terms. Not only do you have a one-page signed agreement with White Knight Pest Control that outlines these terms, but we also provide multiple copies of the agreement and access to view it in the online customer portal. As an additional part of our onboarding process, we provide new customers with a "Welcome Call". This call is intended to personally review the terms of service and answer any questions to ensure full understanding and transparency. In your case, we did make an attempt to reach you by phone; however, we were unable to connect on 6/9/26. We make every effort to ensure our customers are well-informed. However, we want to remind you that White Knight offers a satisfaction guarantee of free and unlimited re-services. If you are ever unhappy with your service or if something was missed, we'd be happy to come back out to address your concerns. We are surprised to hear that you were experiencing pest issues, but hadn't brought them to our attention until after your account was closed. At White Knight, we offer free re-services to address any ongoing pest concerns our customers may have between their regular treatments.
