Best drywaller in the San Diego area and beyond. Would never know we had water damage. Also a pro painter so we're so glad we called Chris!
Thanks Esther! Great working with you on both the drywall and paint too. Hope we can work together again on any future projects you have!
A short time ago I had the need to hire a painter to take care of some work that I required in order to put my home up for sale. I hired Chris from Carmel Valley Drywall and Paint, and I am compelled to share my experience.
From the outset, Chris demonstrated outstanding communication skills, ensuring a clear understanding of my vision and requirements. Throughout the process, he remained available to address any of my questions, providing peace of mind throughout the process.
What truly set Chris apart were his thoughtful suggestions and recommendations, enhancing the project’s outcome without being intrusive or presumptuous. The quality of work he delivered was nothing short of excellent; meticulous attention to detail was evident in every brush stroke. Chris’s commitment to cleanliness and order was appreciated—each day concluded with a thorough cleanup, leaving my space tidy and organized.
His professionalism extended to time management and financial aspects as well. I received realistic timelines and cost estimates upfront, which were adhered to diligently. His reliability in scheduling and budgeting is a rarity worth noting.
In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend Chris’s painting services. His blend of skills, professional integrity, and personal dedication makes for an unbeatable combination. Without hesitation, I would engage Chris again for future projects.
Chris and his company are excellent to work with. I am extremely picky and they exceeded my expectations. Their bid was reasonable (in the low to middle of the range) and they were the most conscientious of all of the companies I have working with in San Diego. They did a beautiful job removing my popcorn ceiling and they left my place extremely clean. They finished one day early.
Chris was extremely thorough, and he was there every step of the way! Nowadays, a contractor says he will be there on Tuesday, and guess what! He may or may not be there on Tuesday. Chris is a man of his word— very dependable, like another famous trade worker we know of.
Excellent company! Would definitely recommend!
Chris was incredibly responsive and helpful on a late Saturday afternoon when I was left in a real bind through my old contractor. He provided lots of information, answered every question I had and really helped me to understand what I was left with and what my expectations should be going forward. Really grateful for his availability and honesty.
I was really impressed by this company. They showed up on time and did an amazing job on repairing my drywall. They were very professional and thoroughly cleaned up after both days they worked. I’d definitely recommend them and will use them again!
Chris was on time and highly professional. He quickly repaired the damage and cleaned up all the evidence of the repair.
He was able to quickly recommend a matching paint color and gave realistic time estimates for his labor.
I would request his service again in the future and I would recommend his service to others.
