I am a sub contractor. I have been waiting to get paid for nearly 3 months for work that I dod on his job. Homeowner has said she is very happy with the work. I still can not get paid. I finally have filed a mechanics lien in hopes of getting paid. I will also contact the attorney General for the state of CA. And file a complaint with them. I am also in contact with the better business bureau to file a complaint. Very unfortunate that after doing my job in a professional manner, I have to fight to get paid. Please stay away from this contea tor, or get paid up front.

Awesome job and Great Employee's!
Chaun remodeled a duplex Encinitas for us and we couldn't be happier with his professionalism and quality of construction. We saved the cost of a designer because he creative and competent in design and help us come together with our visualization.

Wow great pic... Chaun Miller Construction was very professional and went above and beyond the call of duty. everything he touched was on such a high level that what started out as a million dollar home ended up being worth much more because of his attention to detail and his great appreciation for finishes. I would recommend him in the highest rating of a 5 star....
he was easy to talk to and easy to reach which is not in a contractors profile. he was available and listened to us.

I hired Mr. Miller and his company to do a large home remodeling project. They were a pleasure to work with. The quality of the work and materials were excellent, and Mr. Miller brought the project in on-time and on-budget. I would enthusiastically recommend this company.
