we bought our new davidson home 9 years ago. recently we had our attic treated for termites, of which there were few. HOWEVER, during that treatment, a hole in the roof was noticed, yes a hole, aka a construction defect. that was 6 weeks ago. davidson finally sent a rep out to inspect (after many unreturned calls and attempts to get someone from their company to check). finally and today a tech was to be here between 8a and 10am. no call of confirmation of course, so we followed up. the tech is now to arrive around 1pm. bottom line, we waited all day, no show. apparently the technician's truck broke down, seriously?
while we do like our home with a hole in the roof, we do not at this time recommend their unprofessional approach to repair a construction defect.

I bought a model home from Davison and it is outstanding. Great inside and out. Very well built. I would by another one without a doubt.
The best architectural modern homes in Southern California
Today marks the one-year anniversary of our time at Delta Coves. I vividly recall a year ago on this date when we moved into our home amidst a downpour. Reflecting on the past year, I can confidently say it has been one of the best years of my life, living in this paradise. I am incredibly grateful and could not have asked for more.
I want to express my heartfelt thanks to Tod Kellogg and Sidney for encouraging me to take the leap into homeownership and guiding me through the entire buying process. A special shout-out to Dan Serrano, Harry, and Troy for dedicating their time to address the various issues, whether they were super major, major, or minor—your efforts are truly appreciated.
A big thank you to the Homeowners Association (HOA) and the board. High fives to Monica Wolf, Tylene, Isabella, Jose, Vignesh Rama , Michael Echeverria for orchestrating fantastic events throughout the year. I also want to acknowledge Janette Tomczak and her team for the delightful monthly potlucks. Gratitude extends to our wonderful neighbors who have become nothing less than family.
And, of course, a profound thank you to God for placing me among such incredible people. Last night, as we decorated our Christmas tree, I found myself overwhelmed with emotion. I genuinely love you all! Wishing everyone Happy Holidays!
Davidson Homes in Delta Coves are absolutely stunning. My family & I are obsessed with our beautiful home. The quality is great and Todd + Sydney have been wonderful. I am very thankful for this community we have been able to create.
This builder has the most deceiving business practices ever. Low quality and construction and craftsmanship of houses prices not to par what they are selling. They are extremely deceiving, discriminatory and unprofessional in this market.
Ask people who know residential real estate and you'll find out that Davidson is considered the gold standard in the home building business. There are real people with decades of experience creating and designing these homes ... it's not just a multi-national corporation operated by the accounting department. Delta Coves was honored in 2020 as the best new home community in the country - that's a pretty big deal.
Davidson Communities attention to detail, customer service and absolute professionalism is the cornerstone of their business model. Highly recommend.
