Top notch customer service. I installed some hot tub plumbing incorrectly and the owner here spent 30 minutes walking me through how to fix it, and they had the parts for me to buy. Very grateful because another pool shop half a mile away was not helpful and all.

I have staining on the bottom of my pool that cannot be swept away. I had my pool acid washed six months ago to get rid of the staining and then it came back after six months.
I love my Pool Guy, but I didn’t think that he had the knowledge needed to really properly addressed this issue. So I’m taking it upon myself.
I went into Del Rancho Pools store with a sample of my pool water and I have to say I had the best and most informative experience that I could possibly have expected. The staff was super friendly. I’m super knowledgeable and helped me run test free of charge on my pool water using their automated equipment that gave me super accurate results. Then they went over all the test results with me to properly identify what is going on with my pool.
It turns out that it’s likely due to me having too much metal in my water that is causing the staining and they provided me a metal eliminator and stain preventer pack that I can use myself to help remove the staining. They also gave me some other things that I can do on my own to help improve the chemistry of my pool, including increasing the muriatic acid dispenser and reducing down my salt water cell because that was producing too much chlorine.
If you need help with your pool, there is no other place that you should go. Help support this local business, please
Very frustrating to communicate with this company. Regular po service is great but anything above that not so much
Marty & Isidro did a great job replacing my pool light fixture. The BEST!
they provided great advice regarding a suction noise problem with my pool cleaner
I needed to rent a water pump and Omar and the team were a pleasure to deal with throughout. Always courteous, professional and communicative. I will always use these guys for my spa needs
Brenan and Omar have been a wealth of knowledge that have been invaluable for the quality of my pool. They make recommendations that demonstrate a thoughtful and methodical approach as compared to the quick fix solutions you get from a more "corporate" chain. Thank you for bringing this knowledge to the community. You've earned my business for life.
Outstanding service, professionalism and promptness. The owner, Chuck, was indeed a pleasure to do business. He is honest and will keep you informed as the job progresses. Highly recommend them
I just acquired a spa when I bought my home, didn't know the first thing about maintaining it. Came in with a question about the water hardiness and the folks here were super helpful. They were patient and informative and I have a much better understanding now. Thank you!
Del Rancho is my go to for pool maintenance. Free water testing and they did a free checkup during a Hayward promotion on my poolvac. Took it apart and installed new feet, no charge. For problems I can't fix, like my pool heater, they are prompt and reasonable. Come to the house, go straight to the pool equipment. Hardly knew they were there. I highly recommend Del Ranch Pools and especially Kevin.
