Kohler Pool Services & Supply

Nice to have a pool store in the area after Leslie’s left.

The service was amazing and very helpful. The manager was able to fix our hayward pool cleaner and saved a a bunch of money.

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with this company warrants one. As a new customer in RSF, I reached out to schedule an initial pool service. Getting anyone to respond was a challenge — I emailed, texted, and called multiple times over the course of several follow-ups before I could get someone on the phone. When I finally did speak with someone, I was told they weren’t accepting new clients “in my area.” When I asked what area that was, I was told Poway — I don’t live in Poway. I live in Rancho Santa Fe. When I corrected them, the response was essentially “yeah, not that area either.” It was clear they had no real information about my property or location and hadn’t bothered to check. I’ve never had a pool service company refuse to take on a new customer, especially one who was ready and willing to begin services. The lack of communication, professionalism, and basic customer care was extremely disappointing. I’d encourage anyone in the RSF area to look elsewhere — there are companies out there that actually want your business.

Kohler Pool Services & Supply is the real deal, one stop resource for practical information, water analysis, pool equipment, and KNOWLEDGEABLE service of your pool. They genuinely are interested, and capable, of solving your pool issues whether it's a simple tweak of what you already have, a repair, or new equipment installed.

I have used Kohler Pool services for several years. If you want the job done right use Kohler. I’ve had to go through several other people because I tried to cut corners on costs. Kholer charges a fair amount of money for great work.! I always have problems with my older Pool Pump and they always fix iit the most economical way possible. Kevin the pool technician is extremely knowledgeable and does it write the first time. If he doesn’t know something he will find out and correct the problem as soon as possible. I appreciate their honesty and professionalism.

Extremely knowledgeable, the professors of pools!
