Lema and Serge were extraordinary in their diligence to install AC in my condo.

They took the time to make sure everything was set up correctly and even came back to fix one of the new grills that wasn’t the correct size.

They were very polite and professional. Adam was also incredibly nice and helped out during the install. He explained the install design process and came in to assist the men. He informed me how the new thermostat would work and was also very professional.

Our condenser stopped working suddenly during a heat wave and we were desperate for help in the late afternoon. They ended up finding a timeslot and changing the capacitor only took about 10 mins. Saved the day!!!

I reached out to my real estate agent because I really didn’t know who to contact or how to deal with my AC. It’s been so hot here in Lakeside, California, and I definitely needed my AC working.

Thankfully, they were able to send someone out the next day. Adam from Prime Solution came, and he fixed the AC in less than 30 minutes. Easy peasy when you know what you’re doing!

Of course, it costs money, but honestly, I’m just grateful that someone knowledgeable was able to help because I definitely don’t know how to fix an AC myself.

Prime Air replaced my 20 year old HVAC which was old and inefficient in Nov '25. I was recommended Prime Air by a friend. I upgraded to a slim Trane unit which is very quiet and I'm happy with the electric bill (I don't have solar). The price was very good (not the lowest bidder but below average) and service quick. Adam was very helpful and communicative. After installation there were a few issues, first with a faulty furnace valve that made a loud noise whenever it turned on. Later during the summer the AC condenser stopped working due to a loose wire. Later the same happened with a junction box that shorted out causing the AC to stop working during a hot summer day. In all cases Adam came very quickly on the same day, diagnosed the problem and replaced the faulty part. I'm very happy with the service experience and rapid responses provided by Prime Air, but the equipment failures were a bit annoying. Not sure if it was just bad luck or quality issues with the Trane equipment, but that is why I am holding back one star.
