American Ace Plumbing Heating And Air Conditioning

Fred has been our plumber for years and has always been responsive and reasonably priced. When our AC died, I got quotes from Fred as well as a couple of the major companies. American Ace gave us all the options, and was several thousand dollars lower than the major companies (they varied also) for the comparable (actually better rated) equipment. He installed a heat pump, and it is great. I highly recommend for both plumbing and heating/air.

Robert prepared a competitive proposal for a heat pump system. He did a detailed assessment of what heating system would be best for us, including detailed measurement reports and was responsive to follow up questions. Excellent service!

I have relied on American Ace Plumbing for multiple projects, and I have been thoroughly satisfied with their service every single time. Their team is remarkably punctual and always respects the scheduled appointment window. Crucially, they use premium parts and materials, ensuring the work is built to last. The technicians perform a clean, easy, and exceptionally thorough job. They are my go-to plumbing service.

We’ve used this company more than 5–6 times over the past 10 years, and the service has always been excellent. They recently fixed our sink, which had water overflowing and wasn’t draining, and the work was clean, thorough, and done properly. The technician is honest, knowledgeable, and explains everything clearly. Pricing is very fair as well. They also repaired our cooler in the past with great results. We’re very satisfied and highly recommend them.

Excellent Heat Pump Installation & Service
I recently had a heat pump installed at my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable.
• Consultation: They took the time to explain different options, answered all my questions, and helped me choose the right system for my home’s size and efficiency needs.
• Installation: The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and kept everything clean. They clearly knew what they were doing—every detail was handled with care.
• Customer Service: Communication was excellent throughout the process. They followed up afterward to make sure everything was running smoothly.
• Performance: The new heat pump is quiet, energy-efficient, and keeps the house comfortable.
I highly recommend this company to anyone considering a heat pump installation. It’s rare to find a team that combines technical expertise with such great customer service.
