Tankless did a great job descaling our tankless water heater. Good communication, prompt appointment scheduling, and a friendly technician. Will happily use them again.

Great work by Daniel. Very communicative and completed install of Springwell Whole Home Filter and Salt Free conditioner. Also installed new water pressure regulator and hose bib inside garage.

These people were EXCELLENT and will be not only the ones to service the new tankless water heater they meticulously installed but they are my go to plumbers in general for anything I might need. My hot water heater began leaking late in the day and they scheduled with me at 7am the next morning (arriving at 6:45 am) and had the job completed by midday.

Great service, very professional! Highly recommend! I had an issue with the water in my apartment which required to shut off the water in my unit. I contacted the HOA and explained to them that my plumber has to shut off the water for my unit only so we don’t disconnect the entire building. From the HOA they just told me that the shut off water valve is in the garage and nothing specific. Dimo was very patient and determined to get to the bottom of this and he was checking all the valves, all the numbers and some valves were not even numbered and we were on the phone him downstairs checking the water shut off valves & I was in the unit to see if the water will stop. He figured it out and solved my plumbing problem quickly and efficiently. I appreciate the professionalism, work ethic and determination to get things done.

Although I usually don’t review I make this exception to express my complete satisfaction with the services done by Dimo and Tankless Works and Plumbing.

Dimo and now installed two tankless water heaters, a water recirculation system and a complete reconstruction of my water inlet system. In all cases the work was performed as promised, on time and working properly. But there is more. When I first met Dimo I knew that he was the person to do my projects. I had received 4 other bids but none had taken the time to think of the best approach and what was best for the customer. My home presented complex problems because of its age and layout. Dimo did not rush to the most expensive proposal – instead he thought of a number of solutions and explained why he was making his recommendation. Moreover, his workmanship was like a work of art – a functional simplicity. Finally, we are enjoying our hot water and wish we would have installed sooner – but fortunately we found Dimo.
