Vlad is excellent to work with. He explains things in a way that you can understand and he’s extremely professional. He responds very quickly. He shows up when he says he’s going to and I highly recommend the quality of his work! My dishwasher hasn't been draining properly so I looked for local plumbers near me and VLN Water Heaters was one of the first options. I called and Vladimir was able to stop by within 20 minutes to help figure out the issue. It was a tripped breaker and he was so patient and kind with helping explain potential issues as he walked through his process. Very glad to have called and will reach out again if there's any further issues I run into.

We messaged Vlad late at night due to an emergency. He replied very fast and was there first thing in the morning. He inspected the situation and replaced the toilet. The new toilet looks amazing and works great. He left the place super clean as well and was overall very friendly. I'm very happy with the quick responses, coming first thing in the morning, the service, and also the pricing. Thank you Vlad.

I got Vlad’s contact info as a referral from a friend. I called him to come help out with replacing a stop valve for my toilet. It wasn’t an emergency, so he came first thing the next morning. Service was quick, friendly, and at a very reasonable price. I was also undertaking a DIY toilet replacement, and he gave me some tips to get a successful install. Highly recommended.

Called Vladimir in the morning after my water heater leaked, and he first let me know if was likely just a valve, simple fix. He came out the same day and replaced the failed drain valve on my 6 years old water heater in less than 10 minutes. Highly recommend him. No up selling, no BS. Just great, quick, affordable service.

Vlad was very responsive from the first text I sent and answered every question I had (which were many). I got multiple quotes before going with Vladimir as he was easy to get in contact with and was the best price. When he was here, he showed me everything he was doing (I was curious and watched lol) and explained to me how to drain my new water heater, as well. He even had to make a home depot run, as my tank wasn't set up correctly from before, and the price never changed. He removed the old water heater and cleaned up after himself. I would definitely recommend VLN and am glad I used his company.

Hot water tank was leaking. Thought I would have to replace it. Called Vladimir and he came out the same day and fixed the leak. Less honest companies may have taken the unit out and replaced it for a lot more money, but Vladimir knew the leak was a common problem and fixed it in less than 30 minutes. Would call him again for any of my plumbing needs. THANK YOU!!.
