Yianni, was extremely helpful. He explained the process thoroughly and guided us every step of the way! They were very responsive when we had a question. Extremely punctual and very friendly. They came and cleaned up the water damage. I highly recommend them to do any water restoration. I appreciate the fact that he was available and responded quickly.

I had Aegean out to help me with water damage from a leaky pipe. The Aegean team is the BEST. All great guys, who truly care about their customers. Yannie is a great lead for the team, and provides exceptional communication during the whole process. I would recommend Aegean to anyone who needs water damage restoration services!

We had a plumbing leak in the upstairs bathroom above the kitchen. Water was dripping onto to kitchen floor. Called Nathan of Plumbing 101 SoCal. They arrived within the hour. They were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They repaired the leak quickly. There was water damage to the ceiling, which they partially removed to repair the leak. Nathan put us in touch with Aegean Water Restoration. An amazing company. They called immediately and set an appointment for the next day for an estimate. Luke , also a very personable, knowledgeable, professional arrived and did a thorough assessment of the damage. Did not attempt to talk us into any unnecessary repairs. Gave us a fair estimate and started the next morning. Removed all of the wet ceiling area and set up three industrial fans to start the drying process. Luke returned three days later to pick up the fans and check to be sure the fans were no longer needed. While working here, they were very careful about covering everything and cleaning up. Luke referred us to David for drywall repairs and painting. Seriously hoping we never experience water damage again, but if we do, the first call will be to Aegean Water Restoration.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I came home from vacation to a disaster in my house and had no idea where to even begin. Thankfully, I found Yanni and his incredible team and from the moment they stepped in, they never stopped working until I felt completely reassured that everything would be okay.

Yanni and the team were the epitome of professionalism. They were consistently on time, kept in constant communication with me through texts and calls (even after hours!), and went above and beyond to make sure I felt safe and supported during one of the most stressful times of my life. Knowing I didn’t have anyone else to lean on, they brought in extra fans and dehumidifiers and left them for additional days just to give me that extra peace of mind, at no extra cost.

What really stood out is how they worked with me knowing this was an out-of-pocket situation and I didn’t have insurance. They were understanding, flexible, and never once made me feel like I was compromising on quality or care. Their work was efficient, thorough, and compassionate which is a rare find.

From start to finish, I can’t recommend them enough. If you’re dealing with any kind of restoration or emergency work, trust me you want Yanni and his team by your side. They get the job done and clean work!

Pericles and his team came in and took control of this massive leak me and my family had encountered. His team was very clean and on time. The technician Jeremey was very polite and respectful he explained everything to me after his demo job. I will definitely be calling this company back for any future water damage issues.
