Unfortunately, my experience does not match the rest of their reviews. During an inspection, the technician broke one of my clay roof tiles (an end-cap piece), and just placed it back without telling me. I received an email with a service proposal and replied back, notifying the company as to what had happened. They responded stating that they would inform the manager and speak with the tech. After that, I never received any follow-up. You would think a phone call would've been nice. Accidents happen, but standing behind your work and communicating with customers is what matters.
Hi Fernando - I am so sorry for your experience with our company. Breaking the roof tile was bad enough, but then the level of communication that you received from me personally after that happened was completely unacceptable. No excuses. I dropped the ball and did not promptly reach out to you after I was made aware of the situation. I just let you a voicemail and would love a return call to discuss what we can do to make this right. Once again, my sincerest apologies for the level of communication you received on this matter.
