— Tony, All Things Plumbing and Leak Detection
Tony came out to our house helping with a suspected leak in our subfloor. He was very responsive and communicative in the scheduling process and was accommodating of my tight time restrictions.
He came out for the leak detection and in around an hour he was able to pinpoint the location of the leak with the accuracy within one tile in our floor to minimize the needed demolition. During the inspection he was incredibly patient, professional and kind even winning over the admiration of our one year old son.
He scheduled the repair swiftly and once again was very accommodating to our needs even rescheduling a prior appointment to fit us in a time where our small child would be out of the house for the loud repairs needed.
The repair was executed quickly and as expected and stuck to his original quote.
I would definitely recommend Tony to anyone experiencing any leak or plumbing issues in the future.
Thank you so much, Jacob! Tracking down a subfloor leak to a single tile is exactly how we like to work, since it means less demolition for you. It was a pleasure working around your family's schedule, and please tell your little guy we said hi. We're here anytime you need us.
