We got multiple quotes for a new gas line to our backyard BBQ and fire pit, and Art’s Plumbing stood out from the beginning. Art not only gave us the best price, but he also took the time to really assess the job and figure out the best route for the new gas line.
The installation came out great and the quality of the work was excellent. Overall, we had a great experience and Art will definitely be my go-to plumber for any future plumbing work. Highly recommend!

Art's Plumbing and Drains replaced my 100 gallon water heater and hauled away the old one. His work was quick, clean and efficient!
Please look elsewhere first. There was excuses as to why he couldn’t come at the beginning. I’m understanding so I wasnt to concerned. We finally set up an appointment, day comes, tells me a time 2 hours past the time he was supposed to come by without any updates. I end up cancelling.

Art is not trustworthy and is definitely not reliable.
The issue here is not the inferior quality of his work but he's not to be trusted. Be careful with your money: Do not pay him before he finishes all of the work you have hired him to do.
In my case he stood me up five times, every time he promises to finish the work which he was paid for and had already signed a document that he will install a fixture but once he received the full payment, he never came back and is not answering his phone. I ended up paying another plumber to finish the work and install the unit that Art was already paid for.
I intend to take Art to court very soon.
