Adam is an amazing contractor! I have tried many repair services in the past due to my old equipment. Many places recommend replacing the whole unit or tell me I need a full repiping of the unit. Adam was honest and only fixed what REALLY needed to be replaced and saved me soo much time and money on costly repairs. Very transparent through the whole process, and answered every question I had. I would recommend him and his team to my family and friends anytime! Very satisified

Above and beyond helpful.
one of their drivers almost hit me on the road and was driving like an idiot.
CA Comfort services all of our commercial locations and they usually go above and beyond for us.
I called this company for an issue with my heating system. They gave me an appointment for a serviceman to appear between 2 and 4 yesterday. No one showed up. I called at 3.45 pm yesterday, and they said they would contact the serviceman and call me back in 5 minutes. Nothing. Today is next day, mid-morning, and I have not heard from them.
I live in an apartment complex that gives them a lot of business. I would have hoped that they would show that they cared.
Edit:
Apparently there were some extenuating circumstances, and they promptly made efforts to correct the issue. Ultimately AI pointed me to a different company for my job.
they did a great job at our business, Cameron was prompt and informative and had excellent customer service skills and managed expectations properly. found additional issues and handled them properly. thanks guys!
California Comfort Control installed our AC and central heat units back in 2016. They did a great job and were competitively priced. Recently a fuse blew in our AC unit and the office scheduled a same day appointment. The technician was very helpful and polite. In order to access our attic space, he had to climb through a panel in the ceiling above my child's built-in closet shelves. The top shelf if home to her prized Lego creations, which he carefully moved and then replaced without disrupting even one Lego! You couldn't even tell the shelf had been disturbed, which we greatly appreciated.
We needed a new AC unit for our rental home this summer. We approved the quote for a new system and CCC kept missing apts and not rescheduling leaving our elderly renters without AC for over 3 weeks in the middle of summer. The staff is very nice but they have internal miscommunications leaving customers having to do all the leg work to get them back out to finish a job. They also sold my renters an out of code and old AC unit which is just bad business practices. I ended up switching to another company to get them a new AC with an in code new update unit in under a week. Be Aware!!!
