The air feels noticeably fresher after the thorough duct and vent cleaning we received. The team showed up promptly and worked efficiently, completing the job in about an hour. They were professional and took the time to explain the process, leaving our space spotless. It's amazing what a difference it makes in air quality and comfort!
When our system quit unexpectedly, the technician arrived swiftly, diagnosing and fixing the issue within 45 minutes.
Transforming my home into a smart oasis was a breeze with their expert thermostat installation. The technician arrived promptly and completed the job efficiently in under 90 minutes. The seamless integration with my system has made controlling the temperature a joy.

Our experience with Custom Mechanical Inc Grandview was exceptional! When it came to our home's heating and air system, Brody's professionalism and knowledge were outstanding; he thoroughly explained every option. My research confirmed that Custom Mechanical Inc Grandview offered the best value in Escondido, CA, for both their service and equipment. Greg and his team then performed a flawless installation. The entire process surpassed my expectations, and I now have full confidence in Custom Mechanical Inc Grandview.
Frank installed central heat in my home sixteen years ago. A great job at a fair price. Today he just finished adding air conditioning to the system. Another great job, again at a super fair price
Frank and his team were a pleasure to work with. First, he was willing and able to come to my secondary home inspection after my general home inspection noted that the air conditioning wouldn't work. They were able to give me a fast, fair and accurate quote to request funds back from the seller in my purchasing process. Once I closed on my new house, they were there to install a new air conditioner and forced air unit. They first quoted that it would take 3 days, but they were able to complete the work in one day. Frank and Omar were friendly, and their work was clean. Frank explained how to use my new system and gave good advice on how to best maintain the system over the life of the equipment. I highly recommend their services.
