Contacted Mike for an install of a Backflow regulator on my property and while Mike did not actually do the work himself, he referred me to an excellent local plumber in my area that did an excellent job, quickly and at a great price.

Hi Jason,
Thanks for the opportunity to work with you. Unfortunately, we weren't able to help you, but Shaun Matteson was the perfect fit for this job. We have referred Shaun Matteson on several occasions with great customer feedback.

Thanks

Mike's plumber Solath, came to my home this morning and fixed the clogged drain in my bathroom. He was on time, very friendly, meticulous, and did an excellent job! I highly recommend Carroll plumbing! I will definitely use them again! Fairly priced too! Thank you, Carroll Plumbing!!!!!

If I could give 10 stars out of 5, I would. This is the 4th time I have hired Carroll Plumbing to take on various plumbing repairs at our home, and each time I am impressed. Mike, the owner, is quick to respond, and all of his repair techs are superb. Their prices are very fair and I highly recommend them for any repair, large or small. I'm sure Mike and his team are equally competent as a new plumbing contractor, as well. If we ever build a new home, I will be hiring Carroll Plumbing!

They did a fantastic job installing my water heater. They were easy to work with and quoted me at a better price than a lot of the other guys. I will recommend them to friends and family.

Of course a leak in the wall happens late on a Friday afternoon. Luckily Mike had a guy available in my area to stop by. He was able to take care of us so that we have water for the weekend and can be completely back up and fixed by Monday. This is the second time they have saved us. I highly recommend Mike and his guys! (Thanks John!)

Outstanding service....when I needed it and for the price. Will be on my shortcut list should I need them again. Very punctual as well. Good job!

Wish I could give 10 Stars!!!
We have had several different plumbers out to fix different problems over the last 3 years, and I've never been completely satisfied. Today, I called Mike Carroll Plumbing out to fix a very clogged drain in our secondary upstairs bathroom. The tech (Soulath) was very honest, professional, knowledgeable, and reasonable. I rarely feel. The need to post a review, but I was so relieved to finally find a truly great plumber I just had to share!

Plumbing Tech. Soulath, of Mike Carroll Plumbing, spent 6+ hours repairing the drain for the kitchen side of our home. His work, finished product, and friendliness were the FINEST that I have ever experienced in my 81 years. His expertise and manner were more than we expected. We strongly endorse this man and his Mike Carroll Plumbing for all of your emergency plumbing repair needs!!

Mike Carroll and Sula were extremely helpful. Living in an older home can be stressful at times but Mike made the entire process very easy. Thanks Mike & Sula for great communication and work. Your expertise even lowered my homeowner’s insurance rates! Thanks
