The springs broke on our garage door. We called Escondido Overhead Garage Doors after hours, but the call still got through and Masood gave us the estimate after seeing the picture of the broken springs. They came to fix it in the afternoon the day after the call. I really appreciate their prompt response and the right-on estimate of the cost. Good job!

We had a wonderful experience with Escondido Overhead Garage Doors. Danny and Thomas came out to repair my parents’ garage door, which had several issues, and they immediately showed how knowledgeable and experienced they are. They took the time to diagnose the problems, explained what needed to be done, and fixed everything efficiently.

The pricing was very reasonable considering the amount of work involved, and we felt confident we were in good hands the entire time. We also really appreciated the follow-up from Mr. Masood afterward — that level of customer care means a lot.

I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone needing garage door repairs or service. Great experience all around!

My old garage door spring snapped in half, and the garage was completely out of commission. Masood came right out for a free diagnosis and explain how they would fix it. They had all the parts in stock, so his crew came out the very next day to install two new springs and a bar with a bracket. Installers Danny and Thomas were very kind and professional, and worked efficiently.

Pros:
Knowledgeable and professional
Perfectly on time
Efficient yet thorough installation
Polite and courteous
Excellent work quality
Honest and fair assessment
Fair pricing
Respectful of my home and privacy

Cons:
None!

I highly recommend Escondido Overhead Garage Doors to anyone needing a repair or replacement of their garage door or any components. They're honest, trustworthy, professional, and knowledgeable. My new go-to garage door experts!

They're not looking out for their customers and ripped off every chance they have. They installed our garage in 2021, and on 1/30/24, a sensor error happened. They came out and tilted the sensor up and charged me $125. They could just told me over the phone to check the sensor alignment before sending someone out. They will use every opportunity to charge their customers. It isn't right to charge your customer $125 for 10 secs of labor. Please call around for quote first and don't use EOGD.

Escondido Overhead Garage Doors has provided me with excellent service and products at reasonable prices. I first used them in 2015 when they quoted me a reasonable price to replace a broken spring (they replaced with two springs) then threw in some additional add-ons at no additional cost. Most recently, the 19-year-old unit failed and I expected to have to replace the whole unit, but Masood came out, reset a few adjustments, and the door works fine again. I can’t say enough good about the excellent service I have received from them.

They were very responsive and understanding of our dire situation with our inoperable garage door. Thomas and Connor came out to correctly diagnosed the issue, located the parts, and repaired it on the same day! You guys were SUPER and I’ll definitely recommend you to our friends and neighbors!! Thanks!!!!
