Festival Turf San Diego CA

I dont leave many reviews but when I do it's either service was amazing or really bad. Im happy to say that service at festival turf was amazing from the beginning to end. Jonny and his team are great, everytime I talked to them and when I went in person everyone was welcoming the process was straight forward and made easy. Highly recommend festival turf for your turf needs.

Great Company easy to work with! Johnny was great they have great turf at great prices if u need turf they are the place to go to!

I’m a contractor doing turf in San Diego and I found the best supplier in town, Festival Turf. Best service by Jhonny, Pancho and David. Always on time and no mistakes on my orders. 🤙🏽

I went to festival turf and was helped by Johnny. He was very helpful, courteous and easy to have a conversation with. Gave him the measurements I needed and purchased a piece of turf without any issues. I got home and I thought I got the measurements wrong, because the area I needed covered, was larger than the piece of turf I had just purchased. Johnny reached out to me on his own and told me a small mistake was made and I was given the wrong measurement. He went out of his way to make it right immediately. Within 30 minutes, I had a new piece of turf delivered and the incorrect one picked up. Anyone can make mistakes, but it is the way a business handles them that make you a customer for life. I highly recommend Festival Turf for their quality products and excellent customer service, in particular Johnny.

After years of fighting gophers, fungus, lawn maintenance issues and paying for all of the watering we decided it was time to put in artificial turf. We already had a small strip on one side that made us confident in the choice, but sadly there were issues with it. We looked at different options and different companies, as there are so many! I saw Cristian from Top Notch Turf, Inc. and his work looked so nice. I followed him on social media and kept checking his posts. The completed jobs and the reviews were all excellent. Then, I did my full due diligence on background and we decided to call for a quote.
Cristian was quick to answer us and to schedule for the next day to measure. He brought some samples for us to look at. After seeing our area and finding out we have small dogs, he brought out some other samples and took his time helping us understand how to make our turf project pet friendly. He has a lot of knowledge and helped us make the best choice for our needs and budget.
Cristian’s crew came out the following week and they really went over and above! They dug out and removed the old lawn, then went down extra deep because we had crab grass. Weed barrier and gopher wire were installed and then base and decomposed granite. The whole project was done in two days, including removing and renovating the problematic turf on our side yard and now it matches the back area!
We had some turf maintenance related questions and Johnny A. at Festival Turf was responsive and super helpful. He has a lot of knowledge and was really friendly. He looked up the job and knew right away what we had ordered and reassured us that Cristian at Top Notch would take good care of us. We would definitely use Festival Turf again and look to Johnny for any questions we have.
Cristian was true to his word. We found him to be honest and trustworthy to work with. All of the extra attention to detail sets his work apart from other installs. We did have a couple of issues and he responded quickly, coming out himself to have a look over the Labor Day weekend. Part of the crew was sent out within a day or two to handle a couple of minor issues that needed a little bit more TLC.
We are beyond pleased with our new turf and the look of our yard has been upgraded immensely. We actually love being out there and the dogs love it too! I would not hesitate to call Cristian again for any turf or hardscape needs and our new Festival Turf exceeds our expectations. I would not hesitate recommend Top Notch or Festival Turf to anyone that might be considering the switch to artificial turf.

Johnny, Francisco, and David at Festival Turf were exceptional. Great attitudes and great customer service. Greeted at the entrance and were all very helpful. Would definitely recommend Festival Turf for all your turf needs.

Poncho was incredibly helpful when it came to ordering and delivery. He helped us plan for the sizing, staples/nails, other prep so we knew we’d get everything we needed from one source all at once! He delivered next day with great communication and accommodation which was huge for us. Their pricing was better than anywhere else by far and the turf is great quality! We couldn’t be happier! Hands down, I’d recommend them to anyone.
