Hometime has been a great experience in all aspects. Jesse and James were our main installers. They were punctual and very professional. They explained the new sliding door with doggie door. We are very happy and will use Hometime again for any future window needs.

Daniel and Jesse are very professional. Answered all of our questions and left the house spotless after install. Walked us through the operation of the windows and sliders and how to clean them. Also provided recommendations on the product to use for cleaning the windows and sliders.

We had a great experience with Hometime Windows & Door! They were recommended to us by a friend who had worked with them before, and I’m really glad we decided to go with them.

Originally, we were only planning to replace our backyard door, but their pricing was very fair, so we decided to replace the windows as well. Jeff came to our house, checked everything, explained the whole process clearly, and set up the installation appointment.

On installation day, Jesse and Carlos arrived on time and did a great job. They were professional, worked carefully, and cleaned everything up before they left. Everyone we dealt with was on time and easy to work with.

What impressed me the most was that three days after the installation, the owner himself called to ask how everything went and whether we were happy with the work. To me, that really shows that they care about their customers and the quality of their work.

Our old doors and windows were heavy and difficult to open and close. The new ones are so much lighter and slide very easily. We’re very happy with the difference and with the whole experience.

I would definitely recommend Hometime Windows & Door to anyone looking to replace their doors or windows!

I just saw the new windows Hometime Windows made and installed to replace some of my old windows, and they look fabulous! I wasn't there to see the guys who came to install, but obviously they did a great job -- they left a little note for me, so THANK YOU Jesse and James. And thank you to Jeff who was so helpful from the start, and also to Andrew who called me to follow up after the installation to make sure that I was happy with their work. If I need any more windows replaced, I will definitely hire Hometime again!

We had an outstanding experience with Home Time Windows! From the very beginning, Jeff was fantastic to work with. He was knowledgeable, honest, and took the time to answer all of our questions without any pressure. He made the entire process easy and helped us choose the best windows for our home.

The installation team, led by Jesse, was equally impressive. They arrived on time, were professional and courteous, and did exceptional work. The attention to detail and craftsmanship were outstanding, and they kept the work area clean throughout the installation.

Hometime was referred by the friend of a friend. After sending Kaleb to educate me about their product, process, cost,
timeframe etc. the windows were custom made for my house. The install was done in one day by a very professional team of two. Jesse James (yep) ensured that the floors around the windows were covered to protect the surface inside and out. When they finished they removed the tarps and vacuumed the floors! One widow was not quite right so they had a new one made and Jesse came back out to finish in about a week. Very professional, respectful of the house, AND the windows are guaranteed for life.. EXTREMELY happy with the windows and the install team.

I contacted Jeff for an estimate. During the appointment he spent ample time introducing their products and the different options for each window. Our house has 28 windows and one patio door. He was very professional and at no time did we feel pressured to choose Hometime Windows. After measuring the windows he sent us a detailed estimate.

Once we decided to move forward with the installation, Jeff gave us an installation date and told us that it will take about three days. Two members of the installation crew, Jesse and James, came about a week later and did a precise measurement of all the windows.

Hometime Windows started the installation on the promised day. The installation crew, Jesse, James, and Daniel were professional, meticulous, and well organized. They showed up on time and cleaned up before they left each day. They finished the entire project in 2 1/2 days.

We are very happy with the product, installation, and work crew. Great Job! We highly recommend Hometime Windows.

Daniel, Jesse, and James were extremely professional during the installation, even with me herding three cats between the different rooms being worked on.

There was a minor mistake with the installation of the auto shades, but Hometime made an appointment for me had had a person come out to repair the issue.

It’s been a month since the install and there have not been any further issues.
