Our system crashed at peak of the heatwave and so JMS was swamped. We got estimates from other vendors and me being me, I asked a lot of questions of JMS and others. In the end I chose these guys. Once I committed they were quick in getting the installation scheduled and done. There is a leak detection circuit required by CA now, and the part was bad. What I appreciated about these guys was they bypassed circuit and got us cool air on the day of the install. They contacted us the following week and set up a time to replace the failed part. Our furnace was as old as our AC and we chose to have the entire system replaced at once. It was not a simple install as the house is three stories and required a crane for lifting the AC unit to the roof. The pricing was fair and the service was great. I heartily recommend these guys.
