We recently hired Max Air HVAC to install a multi-zone mini-split AC system in our home, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish.

We had another HVAC company install a whole home airconditioning unit several years ago but it never cooled the upstairs to my husband's satisfaction. We had a major leak in our AC and we called Dmytro and he was fantastic. He came out right away on a Sunday and took care of the leak, installed a fixture to prevent it from happening again in the future and explained some other great recommendations for maintaining our AC. MaxAir is an example of why it is important to get recommendations when in need of repairs. They were recommended to me by someone and I fortunately followed up with a call for an inspection of our HVAC. Dmytro confirmed what we already knew, we were in need of a new system. Dmytro provided clear communication on what options were available and provided guidance on what was a good solution based on our needs. MaxAir was the most responsive company we reached out to. They were also the best value of all the price quotes that we received. I would absolutely recommend Dmytro and Glen to anyone considering a new HVAC unit or in need of servicing and maintenance.
F/u to original post, Excellent customer service. I needed troubleshooting on my thermostat. I reached out on Sunday morning and a representative from Max Air responded within the hour. They set up an appointment for the following day and were flexible with our availability.
Second follow up to original posts. We called Dymtro out to help us with a couple of things. He was again, extremely quick in responding and very helpful.
