I had a very good experience with Proper Plumbing. I'm a landlady who lives 500 miles away from my rental. Because I live so far away from my rental, I can't just drive over for repairs, so I really have to trust and depend on good people. When I called them, a human (Ciera) answered and set me up for a technician (Scott) to go out to my rental. The technician texted to let me know he was on his way, so I could let my tenants know. He diagnosed the problem and offered three possible solutions, which he emailed to me with details. We also spoke on the phone and he gave me all the details and answered my questions. We agreed on the work, scheduled it, and my tenants were happy with how he did the work and the timeliness of his arrival. The follow-up after the job was completed was just as good as the initial contact. It's really so wonderful to have that real human contact and then the honest follow-through that this company provides. I definitely recommend them and will be using them again for my plumbing needs. Thank you, Scott and Ciera for your business-like manners and workmanship!
