PURAGAIN WATER

The worst mistake we ever made was to trust this company. They assured us it would remove the white spots from our shower glass. Instead we have lost all water pressure, not only in the home but in our yard. We have a dead lawn, dead hedges, dead plants, and can’t get shampoo out of our hair. The white spots on shower glass are still there. They said they are back logged and never call us back to help. Absolute REGRET. We are going to have to take out the entire system. They should be reported to the BBB.

I had one installed last August . I signed up with Jeremy who had great attention to detail and excellent knowledge of the science behind the system. Installation by Eric was pro, clean and quick and even installed my Moen water leak detector for free. I'm happy with my system so far sana the ROS...However, the ROS was not available on installation day like promised. And up to this writing, I have not heard any ETA. The after sales is terrible from my opinion and scares the heck out of me if something goes wrong to the system. Jeremy and Eric were excellent and even tried following up for me, but that's not their job... after sales Service is horrendous... no one picks up or explains the delay of the ROS. One guy returned my call, got the wrong address and promised a free filter and a call back the next day to address my ROS or the lack of it, but still no call back. I guess promises are like eggs with Puragain ... they're made to be broken. I'll pay for a 6k system but is not a complete one as promised...You have my info if you want to Andrews this issue.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! We have called 12 twelve times over a month because we are having issues with our RO system that need to be checked. After countless messages and someone saying, "I will forward your message to maintenance..." NO ONE has returned our call. We even texted the sales person who sold us the unit who said he would help and, still, nothing. This company is great at selling and taking money but awful at taking care of their customers after the sales. We invested in a whole house system and an RO - you'd think after spending thousands of dollars, a company would at least return 12 phone calls.

Worst customer service we’ve ever received ever.

We’ve been a client of theirs since 2023. We are just trying to get our filters maintenance. We had an appointment. It was canceled an hour before a scheduled time they were supposed to arrive. We have contacted them multiple times my husband and I. and no one will give us a call back.

It just doesn’t make sense… Is this company going under?

We purchased the full system, including alkaline water for the kitchen five months ago. The alkaline water tank at the kitchen sink stopped filling, and we do not have drinking water. We have called support four times over the past two weeks with promises made to send a repair person. No one ever calls us back. We chose the system based on their commitment to customer service and continued maintenance. Very worried about the investment we made with Puragain
