Arrived a bit later than originally estimated, but once there they did a great job routing out a blocked line and inspecting for problems. Used a camera to inspect the blockage and clearly found some roots and cracked pipe near toilet. Am currently waiting for a quote from them to repair the broken pipe. This is an old house and I've been anticipating a repair would be required over the past several years, so this is not a surprise.

Chris responded promptly and fixed our immediate issue (a clogged drain line and dead garbage disposal), and also alerted us to some severe rodent damage to PVC pipes which could cause serious flooding in our basement. We hired him to replace the damaged PVC with copper pipe, all repairs were completed promptly and with great communication throughout. They were polite and respectful about our protective guard dog, who had to be confined when they needed access to the inside of our home. Great experience, would not hesitate to use them again.
