I called minutes ago to see if any emergency technicians were available to look at my AC unit that isn’t working properly. The girl who answered laughed and said no. When I inquired about the emergency technicians that this company supposedly offers, she said they don't offer that. The false advertising and her unprofessional response to an urgent need was unacceptable.

Thompson had an earlier appointment time so called to see if this would be acceptable for us. Within minutes I received details of our service engineer and when he would be arriving.

Just had an estimate to replace HVAC system. I called yesterday and Garett cmae this morning had mt estimate in about 2 hours.
He was very professional, polte and answered all my questions. also the estimate was very competitive. I would definitely recommend this company.
