We needed a complete backyard overhaul, including retaining walls, pavers, and a sloped pathway. Richard and his team did a fantastic job from design to completion. Now we can finally enjoy the backyard we’ve been dreaming about for 10 years!
I interviewed several contractors, and Richard really stood out for his solid expertise and great communication. While most contractors tried to push their own designs onto me, Richard and his team truly took the time to understand my vision and made it happen.
The crew—Daniel, Juan, Tony, Orlando, and the rest of the team was consistently punctual and clearly skilled. Daniel, the crew lead, was exceptionally detail oriented and communicative. He even provided great design inspiration along the way, which was crucial given that a project of this scale rarely goes strictly according to the initial plan, especially with Richard offsite most of the time.
It’s also worth mentioning that on their final day, while we were away from home, the team cleaned up impeccably and even power-washed our front yard. As for customer service, they returned twice at our request to fix a few minor issues. While it took a few days for them to get back out, they followed through and made sure everything was right.
I am extremely happy with my decision. While Richard could be a bit quicker with paperwork, he never sacrifices quality for speed. If I ever have more yard work to do, I won't hesitate to call Richard again.
