Ben is the best! Always responsive and makes an effort to help us out in between scheduled appointments if we need extra pest control maintenance. He has been our technician for over 15-years and we are grateful for his service. Thank you, Ben!
Glenn was great. He researched the problem. Identified the possible solutions. And went to work implementing them.

John S, thanks for the 5-star rating! We appreciate the opportunity to provide service for you at Terminix.
Call center was very unhelpful and saying someone could come out the day of then I called back and they said my appointment was actually for next day not today they send someone out he was super helpful his name is Peter he was honest with me and told me he couldn't do anything for me but I don't like the call center. They need to step up and actually be honest and help people
My inspector Chrisopher Kiley showed up on time, was extremely through and answered all my questions. I had other termite inspection from 2 other companies and Chris was the only one who crawled in the attic.( not an easy thing to do ) he insisted that he us his own ladder due to insurance liability, the other's were only two happy to use mine. Clearly Chris is a professional and cares about the company and the client. I will refer your company in the future strongly based on my interactions with Chris.
