He took the time to really listen to our concerns, thoroughly explain what he was seeing, and walk us through what he recommended and why.
What impressed us most was his persistence and dedication to actually resolving our problem. Andres had to come back to our home multiple times, and each time he was just as attentive and thorough as the first. He never made us feel like we were an inconvenience or that he was simply trying to get through another appointment. He continued coming back, troubleshooting, and working with us until the problem was finally resolved. That level of follow-through meant a lot to us.
Andres was also incredibly knowledgeable and empathetic throughout the entire process. He answered every question we had, took our concerns seriously, and made sure we understood what was happening and what our options were. We genuinely felt like we could trust him and that he cared about getting the job done correctly rather than just providing a temporary fix.
