Tier Drop Solar

Randy, Andrew, and Veronica are true professionals who excel in their craft and customer service. Before choosing a solar installer, I had a lot of questions. I wanted to ensure that the installation, equipment quality, and customer service, including post-installation, would be of high quality. I can sincerely share that the communication regarding my project and next steps, the installation on my roof, and post-installation support have exceeded my expectations. At the end of the installation, Randy and I went on my roof so I could view the solar panels. The solar installation and cabling were clean and complimented the natural lines of my roof. It has been a rare and genuine pleasure to have Tier Drop Solar install solar at my residence, and I highly recommend them to anyone that wants to install solar on their residence or business.

The best solar company to work with.good price, honest rep, smooth work, very happy to do business with them

I highly recommend Tier Drop Solar. After dealing with several other companies and having negative experiences, I am so glad we finally found Tier Drop Solar. Randy cares a great deal about his customers in a way that is hard to find these days. He is honest, reliable, communicative, reasonably priced, and does exceptional work. He makes sure the quality of his work and the service he provides is top of the line. Randy went out of his way to provide exceptional service and displayed a commitment to getting our system working great so that we are receiving maximum benefit all at a reasonable price. What struck me about Randy was that he has a genuine interest in meeting the needs of his customers and ensuring his work is of the highest quality. He is focused on building trust and displays the utmost integrity. Before meeting Randy, I was skeptical about the solar industry having dealt with some other companies in the past who were only interested in making a dollar. Randy is committed to customer satisfaction on every level with his experience and knowledge about solar. He helpfully answered all my questions and runs his company with integrity, honesty, and superior expertise. My system is now running great thanks to Randy! If you are thinking about getting solar or have issues with your existing system, I encourage you to reach out to Randy at Tier Drop Solar. You will not be disappointed. My only regret is not finding Tier Drop sooner!

Tier Drop Solar installed solar at our house a year ago. We just received our true up bill from SDG&E. Our bill for the year was $15. We were so excited it was still so low because we have all been working and going to school from home since COVID started in March. The AC has been running more than we thought because we are all home. Not to mention the pool pump runs all day as well. We just wanted to let you know that your calculations on how many panels we would need was perfect. You were the only company (out of three others) that actually got on the roof to see where the panels would go. We really appreciate all the time and effort you and your company put into making solar beneficial for us.

Randy was great. Very knowledgeable, and was able to give us a better system for slightly less than the major solar companies quoted us. The installation was quick and easy, and everything has been working flawlessly since. Highly recommend these guys.

Excellent company. Cares about the customer, tailors installation to needs, does not try to upsell to more than customer needs. Design makes install blend into roof and not be a cookie cutter eyesore. All employees are true professionals and take pride in delivering a quality product. Highly recommended

Randy was very thorough. He had answers to all the questions and made the switch to solar a breeze!!
