My fiancé and I had a fantastic experience with this company from start to finish. Everyone I communicated with throughout the process was professional, friendly, and very helpful. The team that came out to complete the work truly went above and beyond - they were thorough, respectful of the property, and made sure everything was done right.
Overall, it was a 10/10 experience. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone I know and will definitely continue using them in the future.
The inspector was incredibly thorough and definitely went the extra mile. Helped save us thousands of dollars and did much more than any other services we’ve worked with. I highly recommend!

We have been doing business with 1st Choice since we moved in March 2021!! He 8s absolutely hands down the BEST!! He always calls the night before to remind me and will work around my schedule if needed!! He's GREAT with my little dogs. We have NEVER seen a spider, bug, or anything else from the desert!! He has a wonderful attitude and a great sense of humor!! The price is fantastic and we are so appreciative of the service and education that Willy provides 💥💥💥💥💥. Inspection ended up with no termites - just spider droppings. 2nd time using them. Honest staff and fair pricing.
Owner was rude and discriminant. Very unprofessional. Be aware if you have an accent (immigrant) and are successful Charlene will tell you to go back to where you came from. Unbelievable and Unacceptable
1st Choice was referred to me by my pest guy, Dave, at R & D Pest. Couldn't be happier with the result. From the estimate to the application, they were professional and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain every step of the process to me. I even learned a lot about termite poop. Just icing on the cake...so to speak.
